San Luis Obispo County Parks offers a variety of recreation programs throughout the County. Our goal is to provide programs that help you build a healthy lifestyle as well as personal enrichment. Positive Energy Dog Training
Positive Energy Dog Training teaches how to influence dog behavior issues using conditioning an dpositive reinforcement. Instructor Eva Keehn offers basic and advanced training as well as AKC K9 Good Citizen Certifications.

TENNIS LESSONS
Classes are taught by certified USPTR Tennis Instructor Stephanie Wagner who will implement lesson plans for all ages and levels of play. Students will enjoy a fun learning experience on the court while substantially improving their game. Most classes are taught in the afternoons between 3:00pm and 7:00pm at either Hardie Park or Los Osos Community Park.

GOOD DOGMA
Instructor Lisa Ellman offers a wide variety of dog training classes and programs. Good Dogma will teach you why your dog responds negatively to certain situations, and how to change those respojnses. Classes will help you create a stronger bond between you and your dog.

The ZUMBA fitness motto is “Ditch the workout & join the Party!” Blast calories and improve your health with Latin, Hip Hop, and dance moves from around the world, choreographed to International music. WEST COAST SWING
West Coast Swing (WCS) is a dance derived from Lindy Hop. It is characterised by a distinctive elastic look that results from its basic extension-compression technique of partner connection, and is danced primarily in a slotted area on the dance floor. The dance allows for both partners to improvise steps while dancing together. Come and enjoy a fun evening of dance and great exercise.

LATIN DANCE
Latin dance originates from Latin America and includes a wide range of dances: Salsa, Cha-cha-cha, Cumbia, Merengue and Rumba. Classes are taught by Liliana Graham. She offers a fun friendly and exciting way to learn and improve your dance skills. Have fun, meet new people and get some great exercise all at the same time. No partner necessary - we rotate. ARGENTINE TANGO
The Argentine Tango is a beautiful, simple language of improvisational social dance that has developed over the last century originating in the streets and salons of Buenos Aires. It is truly a dance of leading and following characterized by its passionate embrace and complex leg and foot movements. It can be enjoyed on a regular basis in many cities around the world including here on the Central Coast. Join us to learn and dance the famous Argentine tango, born in Buenos Aires, popularized in Europe, and now enjoying a worldwide resurgence with its distinctive music and elegant, romantic style!
